Wolters Kluwer, Legal & Regulatory U.S., International Group provides solutions and up-to-date content to international law practitioners.

For more than three years, my primary objective has been to conceptualize, draft and develop campaigns, websites, and marketing collaterals, often involving stakeholders from international organizations, such as the International Council for Commercial Arbitration, Oxford Univerity Press, PwC, WilmerHale, amongst others.

This project was entirely developed in-house. It had integrations with SalesForce, MailChimp and Eloqua later on for lead-generation and automation flows.

Contractual Performance and Covid-19

This is an example of a multi-step digital campaign. The goal of the company was to offer support during the first stages of the Covid-19 pandemic. The resource was free access, and it became an opportunity to generate sales qualified leads.
